Pop-Up Fitness Workouts - Hidden Gym

At Hidden Gym we develop and have a wide and varied range of creative fitness classes to suit all levels and needs. From Cardio Disco Boxing to Beer Belly Bootcamp or HIIT It Up where you can actually have a drink after a hardcore bodyweight workout. Or choose from an intimate class like Let’s Get Personal to a surprisingly hard circuit training called: Sexy Sundays.

Our trainers are experienced, enthusiastic and will challenge everyone to their highest fitness level, building stamina and strength. Your own bodyweight and equipment such as resistance bands, bosu and medicine balls may be used to add challenge or assistance throughout the classes.
